TAEON Technologies Inc. (“TAEON,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect through https://www.taeontechnologies.com (the “Site”), how we use it, the legal bases we rely on, who we share it with, and the rights you have.

Who we are
TAEON Technologies Inc. is a company incorporated in South Carolina, USA, that develops GPU inference-efficiency software. For the purposes of the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), TAEON is the data controller for personal information collected through the Site.
What information we collect
Information you give us through our forms. When you use the pilot-request form or the investor-inquiry form, we collect the information you submit:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your company or firm (optional)
- The contents of your message
- The fact and time that you gave consent to be contacted
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, special-category data (such as health, biometric, or government-ID information) through these forms.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server-log data when you visit, which may include your IP address, browser type, and the pages you view. This is used to keep the Site secure and running.
Cookies. The Site uses only strictly necessary cookies — for example, the cookie WordPress sets to remember that you entered the password for a password-protected page, and standard WordPress session cookies if you submit a comment or log in. We do not use advertising or third-party analytics cookies. If we add analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will update this policy and request your consent through a cookie banner.
Embedded content. Some pages may embed video from YouTube using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). YouTube may collect data if you play a video; see Google’s privacy policy. Fonts on the Site may be served from our own server or loaded from Google or other third parties.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers who help us run the Site and respond to you, and only as needed:
- Website hosting: Godaddy
- Email delivery: Google Workspace, which transmits and stores the enquiry emails our forms generate
- Professional advisors (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law
Each of these acts as a data processor on our behalf under a data-processing agreement.
International data transfers
TAEON is based in the United States, and our service providers may store or process data in the United States. Where we transfer personal data from the EU/UK to the US or other countries, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only as long as necessary to respond to you and to maintain a record of our communications, and then delete it. Server logs are retained for the period set by our hosting provider.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or UK (GDPR), you have the right to: access your data; correct it; have it erased; restrict or object to processing; data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time (which does not affect processing already carried out). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
If you are a California resident (CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email gene@taeontechnologies.com. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
How we protect your information
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information, including HTTPS encryption in transit, access controls, and collecting only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professional investors and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date and, where required, notify you.
